The Critter Comfort Difference
Flexibility - We understand how hectic and unpredictable life can be. We do not charge a cancellation fee if you wake up sick or have a last minute change in your schedule & will not need our services at the last minute. We just ask that you call or text as soon as you realize that you will be home for the day. Alternatively, after you are a client & we have begun providing pet care services for you, we will try our best to accommodate your last minute requests if you find that you need to stay late at work for your next big project or are sent off on a last minute business trip.
Pet Safety - The safety of your pets is of the utmost importance to us. Pets from different households are never socialized together. We believe that our visits with your pets are their special play time, and they should not have to feel threatened, scared, or forced to socialize with strange animals during their special time. Dogs are only walked on-leash (unless you have a secure yard), and park hikes only occur in parks that require dogs to be leashed at all times. The risk of dogs getting into fights at dog parks or other off leash environments is simply too high for us, and we believe that the individualized on-leash alternatives provide your pet with a happier, safer, and superior experience.
Household Security - There are always risks involved with going away & leaving your house unoccupied for extended periods of time. We do everything possible to minimize those risks. In addition to rotating lights, tv sets/radios & blinds and taking in your mail & packages, we take extra steps to avoid drawing attention to your house while you are away. Our vehicles, clothing, and accessories never containing any advertising, company names, or slogans to alert anyone that sees us coming and going from your house that we are pet sitters.
Personalization - We strive to provide true pet concierge services that meet your individual needs. In addition to the services listed, we will go the extra mile to assist you in any way that we can. Because we are a small family run business, we are not constrained by an impersonal corporate structure or limited services.
